Backstory...
On 10/20/23, the Lord began to give me revelation on the encounter He had with the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4:1-42).
A few weekends ago 12/2/23, as I ironed, I played some old school Mahalia Jackson church music and it just blessed me. I mention the simplicity of this task because I hope to encourage you to understand that God can meet us anywhere, and does. "Jesus Met the Woman at the Well" was the song that played, and I was reminded about the revelation that I was given on 10/20/23.
I took a break from ironing to gather some thoughts that were coming to me and posted to my insta stories a portion of the revelation that I received in October.
The following day, Sunday: 12/3/23, Tim Sheets delivered a sermon from the pulpit at his church: "The Reset Season (A Prophetic Word)."
In this presentation, you will hear many things. What I want to draw your attention to without taking away from the totality of this message from God, is this: Tim Sheets shares that evangelists will arise on college campuses.
Now, I want to take you back so I can paint this simple picture for you. The same revelation that I received on 10/20/23, is what Tim Sheets released within the body of the prophetic Word on 12/3/23.
Revelation...
The prophetic awakened the evangelistic gift/calling in the woman at the well and she ran to tell as many as she could about Jesus:
John 4:39-42 NIV: "Many Samaritans Believe" tells us this: "³⁹ Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in Him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” ⁴⁰ So when the Samaritans came to Him, they urged Him to stay with them, and He stayed two days. ⁴¹ And because of His words many more became believers. ⁴² They said to the woman, “We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world.”
A Call to Action...
We are coming into a season where the prophetic will call to the evangelist. Those who once heard ABOUT Jesus, will now encounter Him for themselves. Our soon coming King Who has been lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Himself, with you and I as His co-laborers in God's harvest fields (John 12:32; 1 Corinthians 3:9; Matthew 9:37-38).
I ask that you watch the Tim Sheets Word and pray according to how the Lord leads YOU. I ask that we partner with heaven and pray down God's will for this season, for His Word, to spread like wildfire, and for people to encounter Him personally. In Jesus' name. Amen.
