ONE WAY.

When someone teaches that there are multiple ways to heaven as opposed to the one that Jesus speaks of: Himself, this is dangerous.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 Three E𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬...
1.) It's dangerous because it's a repeat of what the crafty (through means of deception) serpent did in The Garden of Eden back in 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟑. This cost Adam and Eve their position with God, their authority, and dominion over God's lesser creation. For the sake of justice, order, so Satan couldn't accuse Him of being unfair or showing favoritism (going against His Word), God had to expel Adam and Eve. Yes, their eyes were opened just as the serpent told them, but they were also introduced to witchcraft (disobedience, rebellion, open door that prolonged their life in hardship), instead of the life more abundantly that God had in mind for them even then.
2.) It's what Balaam did. 𝐒𝐞𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟐-𝟐𝟒, 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟑𝟏:𝟏𝟔, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐:𝟏𝟒. He knew he couldn't curse what God blessed, so he gave instructions to tempt (entice, seduce, deceive) God's people into sin—forcing the unavoidable consequences on them. It isn't God Who tempts anyone to destroy them, but there is one who does this job very well: Satan (𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟏:𝟏𝟑-𝟏𝟓; J𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟏𝟎:𝟏𝟎𝐛).
3.) It's what Jesus warns us against in 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟕:𝟏𝟑-𝟏𝟒 and again in 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟏𝟎:𝟏-𝟏𝟎.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 O𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝗪𝐚𝐲...
Those who choose rebellion to God's way try to enter in through many other ways (gates). Jesus calls them thieves and robbers (𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟏𝟎:𝟏;𝟖). Can they successfully enter? Sure, but illegally—and when you have no legal right to have entered, your soul is in danger because of the fate you may meet through whatever gate you've illegally accessed. Again, this is called witchcraft. Going against God's natural order.
Jesus is the ONLY Way (𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟏𝟒:𝟔).
As a Reminder...
Did Adam and Eve physically die right away? No, but grave consequences arose from their disobedience. The Israelites may have enjoyed the pleasures of sinning for a while (𝐒𝐞𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟐 𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝), but these sins caught up with them. It cost them their physical lives when God sent judgement. “What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun (𝐄𝐜𝐜𝐥. 𝟏:𝟗).”
A Final Exhortation...
Let us then, learn of the Lord. This is OUR responsibility. He will teach us as we desire to learn about Him and His ways. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝟐𝟖:𝟐𝟖 reminds us that to understand means to shun/depart from evil. It's time to get some understanding and this begins with the fear of the Lord: reverential regard (the beginning of wisdom) for Who He is: GOD ALMIGHTY. The same God Who has promised us all 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝟐𝟗:𝟏𝟏. Please, walk upright with Him.
